Our Story

 
My name is Jordan Adorno. My whole life I had to work hard for everything, nothing was given to me. This helped me to always fight for what I believe in and to never give up on my dreams. At a young age, I developed a passion for animals. My sole purpose was just to help animals. As I grew older, I became more aware of the issues that are prevalent in my community. Instantly, another purpose was birthed in me. At that moment I knew my God given purpose is to help fight against these issues that our community and animals face.

But I was young, how can I help people and animals now? I started helping animals by rehabilitating injured wild animals, so they can be released back into their natural habitat. A big issue in my community at that time was homelessness, so I helped create Joy for Jax at the age of 18. Joy for Jax provided care packages, clothes, toiletries, food, haircuts, showers, face painting, music, bounce house, love, joy, peace, and prayers for the community. This taught me in order to be a part of the solution, you must do something about it.

My big heart for animals and people kept me on a journey to pursue higher education. I obtain my bachelor's degree in Sustainable Business with a minor in Enviromental Studies, all in hopes to initiate a sustainable system that will empower communities, and help the local ecosystem thrive all across the world!

However, I do not want to wait to start my mission, so I started my own business called We Rebel Apparel. We Rebel Apparel started as a vision in 2018 but became a reality in 2021.

Our Mission

Injustices are plaguing this planet. I cannot just sit back and watch God's creation get taking advantage of. The We Rebel Movement will not be bystanders or people who just talk about the wrong but will do something about it!

As your reading this slavery is still going on, sex trafficking is growing every day, animal's habitats are being cut down, someone is getting judged based off of their ethnicity, jails are getting richer off of the inmates, kids are selling dope and women are selling their bodies due to the lack of opportunities in their communities, animals are being poached because of the lack of resources, young people are dying from the lack of guidance, communities getting sick from contaminated water and lack of fresh produce, and people dying without knowing Yeshua!

With your help we can raise awareness of these issues with our T-Shirts across the world in hopes of seeing a change. Together we can help protect God’s creation. This is why We Rebel!
